Jeff Hale serves as a Senior Consultant for Pentegra Retirement Services, working primarily with clients in the Southeast. He joined the organization in 2010, and has more than 15 years of experience in the retirement benefits field. His knowledge of plan design, funding, investments, and implementation of qualified and non-qualified retirement programs has helped clients nationwide design effective benefits and compensation strategies. Jeff has worked with many public and private corporations on the coordination of retirement benefits and fiduciary compliance. Jeff is a frequent speaker on retirement benefit topics.

Prior to joining Pentegra, Jeff spent nearly a decade as a Vice President at a large Wall Street firm and provided global account leadership for $1.2B in retirement plan assets.

Jeff holds an M.A. in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®) and holds the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66 licensures, among other distinctions.
