Paul Pesile is a Senior Consultant with Pentegra Retirement Services, responsible for providing plan consulting services to Pentegra’s national client base. As a senior member of our Client Service Group, Paul works with clients to develop effective plan design and benefit compensation strategies, manage plan level modifications and build employee awareness and appreciation for retirement programs.

As part of our client visitation program, Paul regularly meets with our clients to conduct annual plan reviews, enrollment and participant education meetings, and is a regular speaker on various retirement topics at industry conferences and events.

Paul joined Pentegra in 2006 and has more than 30 years of experience in the retirement benefits industry. Prior to joining Pentegra, Paul worked in retirement plan divisions for two large insurance companies. He has held the position of defined contribution plan consultant and was a senior manager in a 401(k) administration unit that was responsible for a client base of over 65,000 lives with assets exceeding $300 million. His scope of expertise covers all facets of plan design, administrative, recordkeeping and compliance functions for defined contribution programs.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Rutgers University. He currently holds both his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
