The Pentegra service advantage
THE PENTEGRA SERVICE MODEL
Unlike many of our competitors, personalized client service isn’t just a catch phrase at Pentegra; it’s a priority. With the support of a dedicated relationship management team, you’ll have direct access to our vast network of investment, legal, administrative, consulting and educational resources.
YOUR PENTEGRA TEAM
We approach plan design by first learning about your business, your employees, and your objectives. Through our consultative approach, we will work with you to:
- Develop an understanding of your organization’s business goals and benefits philosophy
- Provide peer analysis and competitive considerations
- Present a thorough review of your existing program
- Design a new retirement program based on organizational cost and benefit objectives
Your Plan Consultant works with you as a true partner, identifying your needs and tapping into abundant resources as appropriate—whether for plan consulting, compliance testing or technological support. On an ongoing basis, your Plan Consultant will:
- Continually review plan design, compensation and cost/benefit objectives
- Implement changes to the design of your program by preparing the necessary plan amendments and document modifications
- Provide guidance and support with respect to regulatory and legislative issues that may affect your program
- Review plan participation and overall asset allocation to ensure the plan is meeting employee needs and sponsor expectations
- Deliver compliance results and technical guidance with respect to IRS, ERISA and PBGC regulations
- Recommend ongoing measures to keep your plan in compliance
- Provide information on legal and regulatory changes impacting your plan
- Offer strategic merger and acquisition analysis in the event of a change in corporate structure
- Work with you to develop educational strategies suited to your plan’s demographics
- Provide an annual plan review to evaluate the overall program design and effectiveness
Your Account Representative serves as the day-to-day point of contact for the program. With an average of ten years of industry experience, we demand a strong ERISA background of team members so that your Account Representative is fully knowledgeable of your plan’s features and dynamics, and remains focused on your plan to ensure the high-quality service that Pentegra clients have come to expect
Specifically, your account representative works to:
- Respond to daily inquiries from the plan sponsor
- Process all plan transactions
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards of processing work
- Provide a thorough understanding of your plan’s features and dynamics
- Resolve participant inquiries referred from the call center
Our Account Representatives are cross-functionally trained and work in a team environment with full-back up capabilities. Each Account Representative is provided with full support from a team of ERISA attorneys, compliance specialists, communication and education professionals, and partners with your Plan Consultant to assist with the dedicated service of your program
