Kate Blake is an Education Consultant with Pentegra Retirement Services. She has been with the organization since 2008. Kate is responsible for developing and leading educational seminars designed to help plan participants achieve successful retirement outcomes.

With a focus on providing participants with the knowledge they need to make smart retirement savings decisions, she works to empower employees to become actively engaged in their financial futures. Kate also consults with our clients, providing guidance on technical, regulatory, and plan design issues.

With a background in retirement plan administration, Kate has a wide variety of experience across defined benefit plans, as well as 401(k), 403(b), 457, and other defined contribution plan designs. She holds her FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses. She is an active member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and holds the Qualified 401(k) and Qualified Pension Administrator designations (QKA & QPA), as well as the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) designation. Kate is also a member of ASPPA’s Government Affairs Committee and the 2016 QPA Credential Curriculum Review Group. She received her B.S. degree in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
