Thomas Leder is a Senior Consultant with Pentegra Retirement Services, responsible for providing plan consulting services to Pentegra’s national client base. As a senior member of our Client Service Group, Tom works with clients to develop effective plan design and benefit compensation strategies, manage plan level modifications and build employee awareness and appreciation for retirement programs.

As part of our client visitation program, Tom regularly meets with our clients to conduct annual plan reviews, enrollment and participant education meetings, and is a regular speaker on various retirement topics at industry conferences and events.

Tom joined Pentegra in 2006 and has more than 15 years of experience in the retirement benefits industry. Prior to joining Pentegra, he served as Retirement Services District Manager at ADP Retirement Services, where he focused primarily on retirement plan sales and relationship management, and consulted with clients with regard to all facets of 401(k) plan design, plan compliance and participant education. Prior to that, he worked for a number of financial service organizations, including Alliance Capital Management and American Express Financial Advisors.

He is a graduate of Colgate University, where he earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Tom also holds his FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
